Lost or stolen products
Purchases made over 18 months ago (unless otherwise stated)
Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

Q: When does the warranty begin?
A: It begins the day you place your order.

Q: How do I claim the warranty?
A: Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

Q: What is a valid proof of purchase?
A: An order number from Amazon or www.madenal.club for a purchase made through Madenal A dated sales receipt from an authorized Madenal reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

Q: What if I don’t have any proof of purchase?
A: If you made your purchase through Madenel website, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address.
If you made your purchase through an authorized Madenal Reseller, you may contact the reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.

Q: Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
A: The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Q: Who will deliver my order?
A: Your order will be dispatched from Amazon fulfillment center or www.Madenal.club. we use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the choice of a particular courier for your order.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: Virtually all addresses within the USA addresses.

Q: How can I pay online?
A: We can only accept payment by Paypal. Pay for your item in just a few clicks with PayPal, a leader in secure online payments.
